Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the AI Lifecycle Solutions team to connect engineering, business stakeholders, and AI engineering teams in a remote work setting.

You will define, prioritize, and operationalize AI-enabled capabilities and workflows across the enterprise to drive adoption of AI in software delivery. You will work with technology leaders, architects, developers, testers, and AI engineers to translate business and technical needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate setting.
6 years leading consumer tools/technology initiatives.
4 years in leadership/management roles
2 years in project management or account management

Responsibilities

Managing a diverse team that drives digital transformation aligned with BlueCross's priorities and enterprise initiatives.
Leading digital product managers in the development of product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans.
Developing a future‑state vision for digital solutions across products, programs, and campaigns.
Providing subject matter expertise on emerging digital strategy and technology advancements.
Partnering with Engineering teams in a Scaled Agile framework to support continuous product enhancements.
Communicating the impact and importance of digital transformation with all stakeholders to ensure delivery of digital transformation projects
