Job summary

LangChain is seeking a Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to build reliable, production-grade agent systems. You will translate complex workflows into concrete software specs and guide engineering teams through the solution, or build it for them.

You may design an agent architecture, co-build evaluation pipelines, or embed with a customer’s team to ship agent systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• 2+ years building and shipping production agent systems.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks.
• Experience designing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Comfortable with advisory to embedded delivery.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Advising on agent architecture and evaluation strategy.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams across the ADLC.
• Embed as a deployed engineer inside the customer's team to ship agent systems.
