Job summary

Navitus is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design, govern, and advance the company’s AI architecture strategy across the organization. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, governance frameworks, and integration with enterprise platforms and cloud services.

The role emphasizes Responsible AI, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient AI operations, with a focus on agentic workflows and model

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development or architecture, with ≥5 years in AI/ML
• Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns and model integration
• Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Experience defining AI platform strategies and tooling for enterprise
• Proven AI security, privacy, and cost-management considerations
• Collaboration with EA, engineering, data, and product teams to enable enterprise AI
• Experience interviewing end-users for insights into functionality and usability
• Advanced development skills in C#, React, and Python
• Knowledge of PBM systems, claims adjudication, and data exchange is a plus
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures
• Establish AI governance and guardrails for responsible AI use
• Define AI platform strategy, evaluate providers, and guide tooling
• Develop AI integration patterns with enterprise APIs and data platforms
• Promote Agentic AI architectural patterns and KED measures
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across the stack
• Oversee LLM/ML lifecycle, monitoring, deployment, and ops
• Manage AI security, privacy, and cost optimization in architecture
