Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive enterprise-scale Agile and operating model transformation across portfolios, value streams, and product teams. You will partner with leadership to design governance, AI-enabled delivery practices, and scalable ways of working aligned to business outcomes.

The role requires strong coaching, stakeholder management, and hands-on SAFe or comparable frameworks, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in delivery predictability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise Agile transformation and coaching.
• Experience leading large-scale Agile transformations in complex enterprises.
• Strong experience with portfolio, value streams, and leadership stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or Disciplined Agile.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Experience conducting transformation assessments and leadership workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile and operating model transformation initiatives across portfolios, value streams, and product organizations.
• Partner with leadership to define operating models, governance frameworks, and value-stream delivery models.
• Drive adoption of product-centric delivery models aligned with DevOps, engineering excellence, and AI-enabled Agile practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor and change agent for leadership and delivery organizations.
• Manage transformation outcomes for assigned value streams or portfolios.
• Support quarterly planning, PI planning, dependency management, and governance forums.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise objectives and execution across ARTs and teams.
• Identify organizational impediments, execution bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive improvements in flow, predictability, quality, execution transparency, and operational agility.
