Job summary

Hunch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own complex mid-market to enterprise sales cycles, selling to brands and media agencies. This role is consultative, value-driven, and geared toward leaders who will mentor others as the team scales.

Compensation in the US ranges from base 120K to 150K with OTE 240K–300K. The role requires 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales and experience selling paid social/adtech/martech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
• 2+ years selling paid social, adtech, or martech.
• Proven top-performer track record.
• Experience closing $100k+ ACV deals with agencies/brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Snap ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Run complex demos and POCs focused on incrementality and scale.
• Land and expand strategic accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor newer reps and contribute to sales process improvements.
• Forecast revenue and maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage.
