Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs follow prompts. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what went off. This is a flexible, remote, 1099 contract role with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Average pay is up to $15/hour, with rates varying by expertise and project needs. Applicants from multiple countries including the United States are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• English fluency and clear written communication are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain findings concisely.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and assess naturalness and usefulness.
• Rank AI-generated images/videos for adherence to prompts.
• Describe in writing specific issues observed (e.g., distorted visuals, mismatched audio).
• Provide explanations focusing on evidence and examples from outputs.
