Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing outputs, and explaining what’s off. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour.

You will evaluate image, video, and audio outputs, provide written explanations, and help improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries, including the United States, are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios conversationally.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each exchange.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to observed issues.
