Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing, all on your schedule.

Work fully remote with flexible hours, earning up to $15 per hour plus incentives. You'll help improve frontier AI systems by providing precise, evidence-based feedback and clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking outputs.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge how well they follow the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
• Contributing to evaluations remotely on your own schedule.
