Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This 1099 contract offers fully remote work with flexible hours and up to $15 USD per hour. You can earn weekly payments and gain free access to leading LLMs as part of Outlier’s evaluation program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation in English.
