Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rank the exchanges by naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on feet and explaining realistic situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more accurately.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, unusual motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
