Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations in English.
