Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain what looked off in writing. Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail, patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
Inspecting outputs to spot errors like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
Writing concise, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was observed.
