Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You'll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely with no minimum hours, receive weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs, and contribute to improving how AI systems reason in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented, able to spot AI artifacts.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations pinpointing what was off.
• Work remotely on your own schedule.
