Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to rate AI-generated media. You will hold live English conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 per hour, with free access to leading LLMs and additional incentives through Outlier’s Missions program.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
• Image evaluations: compare two AI-generated images and pick the better one.
• Video evaluations: rank AI-generated videos against a prompt.
• Video caption labeling: write precise captions from AI drafts.
• Audio and voice evaluations: rate naturalness and voice match.
