Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rate outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off. This remote role offers flexible hours and weekly payments.

Ideal candidates have strong English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to provide concise written explanations. This opportunity includes free access to leading LLMs and potential earnings through additional Missions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• High attention to detail, patient and able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to what was observed.
