Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will join live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing. This is a remote, flexible role that lets you set your own hours from home or while traveling.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly justify conclusions. Prior experience writing concise explanations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
