Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what was off in writing.

This freelance, 1099 role offers payments weekly via ACH/PayPal/AirTM and access to leading LLMs worth over $200 per month. Responsibilities include live scenario conversations, ranking outputs, and producing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
