Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what was off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, inspecting for issues, and writing concise explanations in English. Eligible applicants should be fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and able to work remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech and clear decision making.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging prompt adherence and visual quality.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distortions, flicker, and misalignment.
• Writing a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues and differences.
