Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, then explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, identifying issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or audio-video mismatches, and providing clear explanations in English to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming/replaying, to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
