Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setting. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare generated visuals, and explain in writing what looked off, helping improve AI performance.

You will join a flexible, freelance environment with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Rates vary by expertise and project needs, with up to $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to zoom in on details.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of outputs and explain reasoning in writing.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches and describe issues.
