Job summary

Novolex is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead safe, compliant, and cost-effective optimization of manufacturing facilities across multiple sites and workstreams. You will direct cross-functional teams with a focus on vendor procurement, asset recovery, environmental compliance, IT decommissioning, and real estate coordination required for final site turnover.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manufacturing engineering and plant operations.
• Experience leading multi-site optimization programs in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of RFQ development, vendor selection, and contract management.
• Solid understanding of EH&S regulations and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end optimization programs across facilities and workstreams.
• Develop RFQ packages for optimization services; evaluate bids and manage vendor performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Real Estate and Legal teams.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and safe handling of materials and waste streams.
• Manage asset disposition and value-recovery initiatives with financial documentation.
• Develop program-level plans, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers; provide exec-ready status.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, compliance, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and enforce change control across workstreams.
