YO AI Labs is seeking experienced EngineeringTechnical Problem Authors to contribute expertise in advancing AI systems for engineering problems. You will craft and assess challenging, real-world technical problems and judge AI responses for accuracy and rigor.

You’ll apply engineering judgment to design, analysis, and troubleshooting contexts, working remotely with experts to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Ability to author and evaluate advanced technical problems.
• Strong analytical reasoning and engineering analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CAD/CFD/FEA tools or related engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Author and evaluate advanced technical problems across engineering disciplines.
• Review AI-generated responses for correctness, engineering accuracy, completeness, and practicality.
• Apply engineering judgment to real-world design, analysis, troubleshooting and failure scenarios.
• Identify ambiguities and recommend clarifications to problem statements and assumptions.
• Develop rigorously crafted problems testing analytical reasoning and design judgment.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated technical reasoning.
• Collaborate remotely with technical experts to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Document insights and recommendations to support AI model improvement.
