Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) required.
• 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering with client relationships.
• Deep understanding of design and construction processes.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with Texas municipalities and grant funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives across target markets.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities aligned with firm goals.
• Represent MRB Group at events and client meetings.
• Collaborate to shape market strategy and growth plans.
• Support proposal development and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat work.
• Mentor and develop Texas Engineering Team.
• Assist team with design solutions and QA.
