Job summary

Mysten Labs in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineers building wallet and DeFi experiences for the Sui ecosystem, including the Slush wallet across web, browser extension, iOS, and Android. You will shape onchain actions and help users discover and execute transactions with trust and security.

You will own team health and engineering outcomes for an asset-sensitive product, collaborating with product, design, security, protocol, and ecosystem teams to balance

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing software engineers in a high-ownership product environment.
• Direct experience shipping production blockchain wallet functionality.
• Hands-on DeFi fluency and ability to reason about liquidity, staking, and onchain risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, coach, and retain a team of engineers across wallet clients and onchain integrations.
• Set technical direction for wallet/account management, signing, and DeFi experiences.
• Create ownership plans across web, extension, iOS, Android, and backend services.
