ServiceChannel is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide a globally distributed team building our SaaS platform. The role blends 50% hands-on engineering with 50% people leadership and management, focusing on technical strategy, modernization, scalable architectures, and strong CI/CD practices.

You will mentor engineers, drive code quality, and lead both technology and people initiatives, including AI‑driven improvements in engineering processes. This position is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong C#/.NET and React/TypeScript expertise.
• SaaS and scalable architecture experience.
• Technical leadership, mentoring or engineering management experience.
• Desire to lead both technology and people.
