Horizon3.ai is seeking an Engineering Manager for Internal Attack Engineering to lead a elite team responsible for NodeZero's core internal attack capabilities across AD, Linux, databases, and network infrastructure. You will set direction, hire top talent, and ensure production‑safe, scalable attack content for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined offensive security and software engineering experience, with hands‑on AD and internal enterprise networks.
• Hands‑on experience with internal attacks beyond AD: Linux/Unix privilege escalation and lateral movement, databases, and network services.
• Experience turning offensive findings into product capabilities, automated tooling, or repeatable services.
• Strong judgment on operational safety when running offensive techniques against production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Attack Engineers and backend engineers focused on internal network attacks.
• Own hiring for the team: shape roles, run interview loops, and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Define the team's strategy and roadmap for internal attack coverage tied to customer environments and tradecraft.
