Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
- Seven+ years of software engineering experience.
- Three+ years in technical leadership/engineering management.
- Experience in healthcare tech or regulated industries.
- Proven ability to mentor and drive cross-functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering delivery leadership for ClearWellness initiatives.
- Oversee sprint execution and prioritize technical work.
- Coordinate with Product, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Operations.
- Manage offshore contractor relationships and vendor delivery oversight.
- Ensure HIPAA, privacy, security, and healthcare data handling compliance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT for deployments and lifecycle support.
- Balance strategic and tactical plans and manage risks and contingencies.
