Vanta is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Government team to lead a high-performing group building a compliance platform for federal agencies and government vendors.

You will translate evolving requirements, partner with Product and Design, and set scalable engineering rhythms in a 0→1 environment, with emphasis on FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST as the core framework.

This role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and delivering long-term platform investments while maintaining delivery velocity.
