Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years explicitly leading or managing engineering teams.
• Experience with Typescript or Python; familiarity with Rust, Go, or C++ is a plus.
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable operations.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker; strong design and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow and support a team of engineers responsible for applications, tools and infrastructure for security products.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, stakeholders and domain experts to design and implement solutions for detection and mitigation.
• Mentor engineers to grow skills, guide decision making with proper tooling and context, and enforce high quality via reviews.
