Qualifications

• 4+ years in engineering management or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience leading 8–12 engineers and delivering across multiple workstreams.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design and Platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive multi-quarter roadmaps for Reporting infrastructure and AI-powered insights.
• Shape technical and product strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Lead through ambiguity during rapid growth and changing priorities.
