Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production systems and their quality.
• Senior-level depth in frontend or backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering efforts across frontend, backend, and smart contracts.
• Guide architectural decisions and maintain technical alignment.
• Define technical priorities while balancing strategic goals.

Skills

Frontend development with modern frameworks (ideally React)

Backend development (Node/TS)

CI/CD literacy (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)

Incident handling and monitoring

Experience with open source projects

Agile methodologies (Jira, GitHub)

Excellent English communication skills
