Job summary

Framework Ventures is looking for an Enablement Technical Lead to join their technical team in the United States. This role will involve implementing and maintaining web3 integrations, while working closely with ecosystem Builders to enhance their development experiences. The position requires a minimum of 7 years in software engineering with recent experience leading teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 2+ years as a tech lead, leading a team of Senior Software Engineers.
• Experience working on agile software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for top partner accounts.
• Lead and deliver integrations with Builders and Partners.
• Define team technical approach and deliverables.

Skills

Back-end development: Typescript / Node.js

Mobile development: Typescript and React-Native

Blockchain technology knowledge

Hands-on experience in Web3 application development

High testing standards

CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Teamwork and flexibility

Education

BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related subject

Tools

Solidity / Ethereum

PostgreSQL or MongoDB

Docker and/or Kubernetes
