Job summary

AuraOne seeks an Engineering & Technical Documentation Specialist to remotely review AI outputs within engineering documentation operations. You will evaluate tone, escalation reasoning, and policy alignment, assigning risk tags and suggesting the next steps for model training.

The role requires reliable async availability and the ability to work as an independent contractor authorized to work in the United States. Compensation is hourly and discussed after interview.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in engineering technical documentation operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompts causing issues.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current engineering docs, workflows and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps.
• Capture right next steps for model training and improvement.
