Job summary

AuraOne is seeking an Electrical Engineering Expert to remotely review AI outputs across electrical engineering specialist operations workflows. Reviewers grade workflow correctness, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit; flag operational risk; and document the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.

The role is remote for US-eligible contractors with hourly compensation to be confirmed after interview. Applicants must be authorized to work from the US.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing electrical engineering operations workflows.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current EE workflows, playbooks, and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps.
• Capture the right next step for model training.
• Adjudicate disputed playbook calls using firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
