Job summary

Artemis Connection is a strategic management consultancy delivering flexible, project-based advisory services to clients worldwide. We staff teams of strategy consultants to tackle high-impact issues with a customized approach, prioritizing outcomes over rigid hour-for-hour structures.

We seek an Engagement Manager who can own end-to-end engagements, lead 1–6-person teams, and manage senior client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years consulting experience, ideally from a top-tier firm.
• Proven track record coaching clients to measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record coaching case teams to measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated skills in project management within a client-service context.
• Excellent communication and ability to build senior client relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for client engagements.
• Lead teams of 1–6, providing coaching and direction.
• Create and maintain a project work plan and diagnose issues.
• Ensure all client deliverables are high-quality and timely.
• Build trustworthy, transparent relationships with senior client contacts.
• Identify opportunities for additional client work, including follow-on engagements.
