Job summary

Chartis Group is seeking an Engagement Manager for Strategic Transformation to lead healthcare provider projects on strategic growth, partnerships, and value-based care. The role involves guiding Analysts and Consultants on engagements typically spanning 3–6 months.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in healthcare strategy, two+ years of people leadership, and an MBA/MHA/MPH or equivalent. Remote work is allowed with travel up to 25%–50% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, including two plus years managing others
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong and effective people leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights
• Coach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
• Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action
• Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives
