Job summary

Thrivent Financial seeks an Engagement Leader to drive community engagement and strategic partnerships with local advisors and networks. You will activate Thrivent’s membership and community programs to grow relationships and enhance advisor success in the local market.

You will collaborate with field leaders, church and nonprofit partners, and Thrivent Member Networks to plan and execute events, strengthen client connections, and deliver measurable community impact that supports Thrivent’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
3+ years of related work experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience and comfort with remote and hybrid work to support in-person meetings and events.
Ability to travel up to 50% and flex schedule to work evenings and weekends occasionally.

Responsibilities

Drive impact by increasing awareness of Thrivent’s Community Impact and Membership programs with clients and communities.
Develop and activate strategic partnerships with churches, non-profits, and business networks to enable engagement.
Align impact strategies with growth plans of the field with local leaders to deliver integrated plans.
Deliver value to clients by helping advisors grow their networks and differentiate their business through engagement strategies.
Grow sales by executing local engagement activities and increasing advisor appointments from community events.
