Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience presenting and facilitating meetings.
• Experience and comfort with remote and hybrid work.
• Strong planning/organizing skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and flex schedule for evenings/weekends.
• Ensures proper home office environment with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Increase awareness of Thrivent’s Community Impact and Membership programs with clients and communities.
• Develop and activate strategic partnerships with churches, non-profits, and business networks.
• Align impact strategies with growth plans of the field with advisors.
• Develop centers of influence relationships to grow Thrivent’s visibility and impact.
• Support advisors in building client and community engagement plans.
• Execute local engagement plans with advisors to connect clients to Thrivent Member Network.
• Activate clients to become advocates of Thrivent and their advisor practice.
• Build local engagement strategies with market field leaders.
• Execute the local activities of the Thrivent Member Network to create advisor opportunities.
