• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience presenting to groups and coordinating remote/hybrid meetings.
• Comfort with travel up to 50% and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive impact by increasing awareness of Thrivent’s Community Impact and Membership programs.
• Develop and activate strategic partnerships with regional organizations (churches, non-profits, business networks).
• Build local engagement strategies with field leaders and advisors.
• Execute local engagement activities to connect Thrivent members and communities with Thrivent’s programs.
