Job summary

Meaden & Moore is seeking a Forensic Senior Manager to lead complex insurance and litigation support engagements for a diverse client base nationwide. You will supervise teams, manage client relationships, oversee billing and collections, and contribute to business development.

The role requires strong leadership, forensic accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A CPA is preferred, with 7+ years of relevant experience. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• 7+ years related experience in forensic accounting, insurance and/or litigation support.
• Strong knowledge of complex business interruption and property/damage claim types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to lead and coach staff and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of property damage, complex business interruption, extra expense, and related claims.
• Explain insurance policy terms clearly to clients and team.
• Supervise staff across Managers, Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Interns.
• Serve as expert witness for litigation matters.
• Monitor WIP and AR; oversee billing and collections.
• Assist with recruiting and business development efforts.
• Delegate tasks and manage teams to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure high quality, timely deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Represent the firm professionally to clients and stakeholders.
