Job summary

Institute for Study Abroad, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Institutional Engagement & Events to advance enrollment through targeted institutional engagement and event execution.

The role combines partner development, campus outreach, and strategic event planning across time zones. The position emphasizes coordination of webinars, campus programs, and global site seminars, with a focus on strengthening knowledge, advocacy, and enrollment for IFSA-Designed and Career Accelerator programs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in event planning, international education, or related field.
• Experience with partner outreach, campus engagement, and events.
• Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events to boost visibility, engagement, and enrollment.
• Develop webinars, faculty briefings, and student information sessions.
• Coordinate site seminars, campus visits, and advisory meetings.
• Track attendance and outcomes; provide post-event summaries and follow-up plans.
