The Commissioner will work over the phone and coordinate with remote installation teams to bring energy-management systems online.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring installations meet requirements, collaborating with cross-functional groups for process

Qualifications

On call for customer support
3+ years of customer service experience
Proficient in the use of computers
Ability to read a drawing or diagram and follow technical instructions
Working knowledge of electrical, heating or cooling is helpful
Good oral and written communication skills

Responsabilités

Ensure installations are compliant with all requirements
Works with other groups as necessary for continuous improvement of processes and training
Uses extensive system level knowledge of multiple product platforms to ensure proper installation of equipment within customer facilities
Captures issue and response data in specialized software applications
Serves as a resource in product design reviews for quality control and reliability
Must be able to collect and display data in a logical manner
Teaches and mentors other support and commissioning personnel in troubleshooting techniques
Works with customers and installation contractors by phone to troubleshoot, assist, and train them with regard to the energy management system
Participates in cross functional projects as required
