Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Preconstruction Project Engineer- Energy Storage to join our team remotely.

You will support preconstruction efforts, coordinate deliverables to keep projects profitable and on schedule, and work with the engineering team on design deliverables and BOMs. You will manage RFIs, document control, and CPM scheduling while coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure successful energy storage project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Energy Storage construction or design experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Drafting and advanced computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals).
• Support preconstruction to construction transition with LNTPs and project readiness.
• Track cost, procurement logs and CPM schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating and procurement to validate design assumptions and logistics.
• Identify constructability, cost, and schedule risks and communicate them clearly.
• Assist in development and maintenance of EPC project execution plans.
