Job summary

Solv Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate front-end development for utility-scale energy storage projects—from RFP receipt to estimating and proposal submission.

The role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Scheduling to ensure viable opportunities and smooth transition to Preconstruction. Remote with option to work from SOLV corporate office; up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and track action items.
• Review client RFP documents, preliminary designs, geotechnical reports, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with early-stage engineering to produce constructable, optimized design packages.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bill of materials with Estimating.
• Build initial project schedules and cashflow projections for client proposals.
• Assemble proposal packages and write clarifications, exclusions and scope of work.
• Develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and schedules.
