SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate front-end development for utility-scale storage projects.

You will work with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction to deliver technical and commercial materials and transition to Preconstruction. Remote role with optional SOLV corporate office, travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of EPC or similar construction experience.
• Energy storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
• Ability to read drawings and contract documents.

Mansioni

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction during front-end development.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and track actions across the team.
• Review client RFP documents and preliminary designs.
• Evaluate and respond to client RFIs; draft RFIs as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering to produce constructable design packages aligned with site constraints.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and bill of materials with Estimating.
• Negotiate, prepare, and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Develop LNTP pricing, cashflows, and scope of work exhibits.
• Create initial project schedules and cashflow projections for client proposals.
• Assemble proposal packages for client submission; write clarifications and exclusions.
• Prepare handoff documentation to Preconstruction and finalize pricing for EPC execution.
