SOLV Energy is seeking an Energy Storage Assistant Project Manager, Project Development to coordinate the front-end development of utility-scale energy storage projects from RFP through preconstruction. This role partners with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering and Scheduling to ensure viable, competitive proposals and smooth handoffs to Preconstruction.

The position is remote with an option to work from a SOLV office. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of related work experience in EPC or similar construction environments.
• Energy Storage experience preferred.
• 1+ year of estimating and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and industry-standard tools (Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and contract documents.

Mansioni

• Oversee coordination among Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, Scheduling, and Preconstruction.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and notes, track action items.
• Review client RFP documents and preliminary designs.
• Evaluate and respond to RFIs; draft RFIs to client.
• Coordinate engineering to produce constructable design packages.
• Prepare electrical estimates, takeoffs, and BOMs with estimating team.
• Negotiate, prepare, and issue subcontract bid packages.
• Develop site execution, quality, and safety plans.
• Support LNTP contract development and pricing.
