Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost Specialist to own project budgets from planning through completion for major energy infrastructure initiatives in North America. Based in Pittsburgh with initial remote work, you’ll partner with Project Managers and Operations leaders to turn financial data into clear insights and recovery plans.

You’ll apply EVM principles, manage cost baselines, and deliver actionable cost reports and dashboards using JDE, EcoSys, Procore,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in project cost controls, cost management, project controls, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of actuals vs. budget, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-to-complete.
• Experience with cost reporting tools and financial systems such as JDE, EcoSys, Procore, and Power BI.

• Develop, maintain, and control project budgets and cost baselines.
• Track actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and cost trends.
• Perform EAC/ETC, variance, and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Identify cost risks and recommend corrective actions.
