Job summary

CET is hiring a Program Consultant I to work remotely with CT Residential Energy Programs, supporting Weatherization Assistance Program customers. You will screen, educate, and assist applicants, coordinating scheduling and intake, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across CT, Southern MA, and RI.

A valid driver’s license and ability to attend in-person meetings periodically are required. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of energy-related experience preferred.
• Strong communication to build rapport with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is helpful.
• Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer intake, scheduling, and communicate program info by phone and email.
• Educate customers on program offers and manage hotline/email inquiries.
• Schedule services with qualified customers and enter data in platforms.
• May conduct quality checks of customer files, data reports, and schedules.
• Act as liaison with vendors, partners, customers and stakeholders.
