Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC seeks a seasoned executive to lead energy strategy, execution, and growth across complex government programs. You will drive P&L ownership, partnerships, and multi-year contract pursuits with senior stakeholders.

The role requires deep experience in energy efficiency, distributed generation, and resiliency, plus the ability to operate within regulated environments and a matrix organization. Remote work is available for eligible candidates in select states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise growth, government markets, or defense-adjacent industries.
• Proven record of winning and scaling DoD contracts and complex programs.
• Experience leading capture and business development for government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of energy efficiency, generation, and resiliency solutions.
• Own P&L and budget with governance accountability.
• Drive capture, partnerships, and contract awards across DoW and related programs.
