Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Manager, Energy & IoT Management to lead energy management strategy across the company-owned portfolio. You will own EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms, govern reporting, analyze utility data, and drive energy-related investments to reduce costs and improve restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 4 yr Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, Finance, Sustainability or related field
• Preferred: Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar industry certification
• Preferred: Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), LEED Accredited Professional, or similar industry certification

Responsibilities

• Serve as business owner for EMS and Connected Kitchen platforms and governance, reporting, and adoption strategies
• Manage relationships with EMS providers, utility consultants, energy vendors, and strategic partners
• Develop and execute utility reduction programs and energy optimization initiatives to reduce costs and extend asset life
• Utilize energy dashboards and reporting tools to identify trends, savings opportunities, and risks
• Develop and manage utility rebate and incentive strategies and maximize incentive capture across brands
• Build business cases, savings analyses, and ROI models to support energy-related investments
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives through utility data management and reporting
